Our Pies are made daily to ensure that they are of the highest quality. The Fillings are prepared and cooked by us to ensure that the true flavour of the filling is not lost. The pastry has a light delicious crusty taste that melts in your mouth, which compliments our delicious fillings.
As an added bonus all of our pies can be frozen.

We are based at the Hub, run by a charity called “Change Ashby Now”. The Hub is a community café that offers skills training to volunteers and helps support some of the cost of providing the youth work.

There is also a youth lounge that is open in the evenings as well as a radio room we are able to provide material for the community radio station Hermitage FM. The volunteers that help in the café come from varying backgrounds; they are a true reflection of our community, a reflection not seen anywhere else. The Hub is run by non paid Trustees & volunteers alongside a youth worker and manager.
A provider of youth work, a chance for young people to:
- be in a safe environment.
- listen and follow strong role model examples.
- get advice.
- get away from the temptations that the streets offer.
We are funded by the support of our customers in the café, grants, personal, civic, company and community donations. The need is always and especially difficult in this economic climate.
The Hub has been open since 2003 and we need your support to help us to further empower young people and help them to be the best they can be despite whatever start they had in life. The Hub is a safe place, non judgemental, a second chance.

Your support makes a difference. By either being a customer in the café, hiring out the youth lounge, making monthly donations or by choosing the Hub for your work place to sponsor (whenever you have a charity event), you make the difference and effect the change. Young people need a safe place to be, with trusted and trained youth workers and volunteers. The Hub is a place where young people can listen, to get advice or a place to just be. Meet with friends or make new friends.

We are a local food delivery service and although based in Linton we offer free delivery to customers in Ashby de la Zouch. We also sell our own produce at Ashby Farmers Market.

We aim to only offer produce from within a 30 mile radius and only go outside this range for popular items which can't be sourced more locally. All produce is traceable. Customers know which farmer or producer it is sourced from and you can find out more information about them through our website.
